By accessing this website and utilizing our enterprise solutions (including but not limited to MakeMyIoT.com, CelebXD.com, custom AI integration, and IoT hardware deployment for manufacturing and pharma industries), we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Servosync if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Servosync Private Limited and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Servosync. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Servosync for your own personal or business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

• You must not republish proprietary source code, AI models, or IoT firmware without explicit permission.
• You must not sell, rent, or sub-license material or software solutions provided by Servosync unless explicitly outlined in a B2B contract.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate or copy proprietary algorithms or architectural designs.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For commercial clients entering into software or IoT deployment contracts with Servosync, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including uptime guarantees, latency caps, and hardware warranties, will be defined in dedicated, signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs). The terms on this website do not override customized MSAs.

4. User Generated Content and Data

Certain parts of our proprietary platforms (such as MakeMyIoT) offer the opportunity for users to upload firmware, post opinions, and exchange data. Servosync does not filter, edit, publish or review data streams prior to their presence on the platform. However, we reserve the right to terminate access for users found deploying malicious code or violating security protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Servosync, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our baseline public software tools. Servosync shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
